The FAQ for our referral program
The MerciApp referral program allows you to earn rewards when you recommend MerciApp to your friends or other users. As soon as your friends sign up and subscribe to a plan through your recommendation, you receive a reward and your friends get a discount on their first subscription.
For users subscribing to a monthly plan, you earn €10 per month for 2 months, for a total of €20. Your friends receive €20 in credit valid on all MerciApp plans.
For users opting for an annual subscription, you receive €20 as a one-time payment, while your friends also enjoy €20 in credit valid on all MerciApp plans.
To refer a friend, simply share your unique referral link. Copy the link and send it to your friends by any means you prefer.
You can refer anyone who has never been registered on MerciApp. New sign-ups must use an email address not associated with an existing account.
There is no limit to the number of people you can invite. However, you can earn rewards for a maximum of 50 successful referrals per year, with a limit of 10 new referred users who are employees of the same legal entity.
The referral discount must be used within 90 days of the new account creation. There may be a 48-hour delay after subscribing before the referral voucher becomes available.
