We accept all major credit cards including VISA and Mastercard, as well as any other payment types supported by Stripe, our secure payment provider.
Are payments secure?
Yes. All payment transactions are processed through Stripe, a global leader in payment technology. Stripe meets the highest level of security certification. (PCI Service Provider Level 1).
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription anytime to stop automatic renewal at the end of your current billing period. You’ll keep access to all paid features until your plan expires. Please note that cancelling a free trial immediately ends access to premium features.
How secure is my data?
All your data is securely hosted in France, where MerciApp was born and built We’ll never share you information with third parties. Every piece of stored data is anonymized and can only be accessed by our in-house linguistics team. Your privacy and the security of your content are our top priorities.
Is there a free version ?
Yes! When you create an account, you have access to MerciApp’s Assist plan for 30 days. At the end of this period, your account automatically switches onto the Free plan.
Can I disable MerciApp on certain sites without uninstalling the browser extension?
Absolutely. You can turn off corrections anytime via the MerciApp pop-up in your browser toolbar or through the quick actions that appear when you hover over the alert counter.
